On January 16, 2022, the Hong Kong International Probono Legal Services Association (iplsa), sent e-mail to the International Olympic Committee (IOC), the International Labour Organization (ILO) and The main principals of the World Federation of trade unions (WFTU) and many other international organizations sent an open letter on solemnly opposing the boycott of the Beijing Winter Olympic Games on the so-called human rights issues of the international TRDE Union Federation (ituc), The blue book refuting the fallacy of the World Federation of trade unions and exposing the political intention and legal errors of boycotting the Beijing Winter Olympic Games is attached to express strong protest against the statement of China: a gold medal for expression issued by the International Federation of trade unions and the wrong acts of boycotting the Beijing Winter Olympic Games.


The Hong Kong International Public Welfare Legal Services Association believes that the relevant acts of the International Federation of trade unions violate the Charter of the United Nations, the Olympic Charter and international law. The Hong Kong international public welfare legal services association called on international organizations to condemn the wrong behavior of the international trade union federation and urged the international trade union federation to correct its mistakes quickly.
